Welcome to Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any tour. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

All tours are booked directly through our website. A $20 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due upon arrival before the start of your tour.
Your booking becomes valid only once the deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 7 days, or failure to appear, result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua cancels a tour due to mechanical issues, guide illness, or other operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.

Rider Requirements

All participants must:

• Be 18 years or older.

• Hold a valid driver’s license (a motorcycle endorsement is not required).

• Follow the guide’s instructions and comply with all local traffic laws.

Each guide leads up to 5 riders. Larger groups will have an additional guide to maintain safety and quality.

Insurance

All riders must carry valid travel insurance that specifically covers motorcycle riding in Nicaragua, including medical evacuation and emergency care.
Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua provides no personal or medical insurance and is not responsible for any uninsured losses, injuries, or damages.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Motorcycle touring and off-road riding involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, collision, falls, or environmental hazards.
By booking and participating, you voluntarily accept these risks and agree that Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua, its owners, guides, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or property damage that may occur, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua for any claims or expenses arising from your participation or conduct during the tour.

You certify that you are in good health, capable of riding, and will operate responsibly. The company reserves the right to remove any participant acting recklessly or ignoring safety instructions, without refund.

Itinerary & Conditions

Banditos Co. Moto Adventure Nicaragua reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, or tour details if required for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
Tours proceed in most weather conditions; rain and variable terrain are part of the adventure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nicaragua and intended to be enforceable under UK and US legal standards to the maximum extent allowed.

By proceeding with your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
